1. Website Images

Please note that all images on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although all efforts are made to ensure that colours displayed on our Website are accurate, we cannot guarantee that the images of coloured fabric generated on our website, show the true colours of our fabrics. Colours can also vary screen to screen. Sample and fabric orders may, therefore, vary from the images on our website.

2. Fabric  Samples

We cannot promise that samples supplied will be an exact match to our fabric orders. Samples are intended to be a close representation of the colours on your chosen fabric but not an exact match. This is because our samples are produced on a smaller machine to the machine used to fulfil our fabric orders. Variations in colour between batches can also occur from time to time during the normal manufacturing process. We trust that you understand that as a small business offering a bespoke service on a zero waste policy, that we may have such occurrences.

3. Fabric and Fabric Product Orders

As our fabric and fabric product orders are manufactured using a larger machine, please note that samples do vary from fabric orders. Some variation in colour can also occur between batches of fabric orders during the normal manufacturing process. We therefore advise that orders for the same fabric or fabric products are placed together.

4. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

The right to cancellation as included in the Consumer Protection Laws does not apply in the case of bespoke fabric orders including fabric samples or our bespoke fabric products which are all made to order.

These Terms do not affect your legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Website.
