There’s nothing quite like the energy and excitement of a design consultation, especially when you’re in stripe heaven – Morocco! Moroccan stripes are a celebration of vibrant colours, geometric patterns, and artisanal craftsmanship, making them a standout feature in interior design. Rooted in the rich heritage of Moroccan artistry, these stripes are more than just decorative—they tell a story of tradition, creativity, and cultural identity.

We had a wonderful time at Dardar Rooftop Bar, Marrakech, to understand their vision, needs, and aspirations in creating some bespoke striped cushions and tablecloths. Every space has its own story with Dardar’s being vibrant and authentic.

For the main eating area, we suggested our petite stripe in a muted colourway, Ruby & Sesame, which adds a refined and timeless charm, complementing the existing bohemian and traditional textiles used for the seating.

For the bar area, we suggested cushions and tablecloths in a midi stripe in the colourway, Emerald and Coral, evoked by the surrounding landscape and architecture at Dardar. This colourway adds vibrancy and rhythm to the beautifully designed bar area at Dardar.

We will be turning this collaborative vision into a stunning reality very soon – watch this space!
